Executive Director

Dr. Moses Paul is the Executive Director of the Foundation for Restoring Civic Values, Equality, and Education (FREE). He holds a PhD in Environmental Resource Planning and has over 20 years of experience planning and executing hundreds of events across diverse spaces. Dr. Mosses Paul is an author, motivational speaker, a mentor and community organizer. His initiatives have provided vital platforms for youth engagement, national civic empowerment, and active participation. Through innovative programming, Dr. Mo has consistently championed the youth across various communities in Nigeria, offering creative guidance and safe avenues to channel the energy of the youth in Nigeria. A man of action, passion, and faith, Dr. Mo's work has influenced countless individuals across Nigeria, the African continent, and beyond. Dr. Mo continues to play a strategic role in ideating, mobilizing, organizing, and shaping the narrative for young people nationwide.

Ndidi Mbagwu

Ndidi Mbagwu

Director of Finance and Behavioral Health Programs

Ndidi Mbagwu is the Director of Finance and Behavioral Health Programs for the Foundation for Restoring Civic Values, Equality, and Education (FREE). She is also a member of the Board of Trustees at the School of Neuro-Psychiatry, Enugu. Ndidi is deeply committed to providing effective Integrative mental health services to underserved communities, supporting initiatives that promote equality, equity, and justice. Ndidi Mbagwu is a healthcare professional based in the United Kingdom, with over 35 years of experience in healthcare. She holds a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Interventions and Bachelor's degrees in Nursing and Midwifery. Ndidi Mbagwu is a caring and compassionate Mental Health professional. Ndidi provides person-centered care, that identifies and addresses barriers to access to mental health services for underserved communities.

Director of Policy & Strategic Initiatives

Dr. David Ogula is Talent Development Consultant with a doctorate degree in management. He has served in various leadership positions in the private and public sectors, including Professor/Vice President and Dean of the School of Business at Apollos University; Director of Learning and Development and Special Programs at FDNY, the largest Fire Department in the United States. He has served as a consultant on emerging economies, facilitating human capacity development and entrepreneurship. He is an author, whose publications cover a range of topics including: Chaos Theory and Strategic Management, Attractors; Strange Attractors and Fractals; Corporate Social Responsibility, and various articles on social and political issues about Nigeria. He is a graduate member of the New York City Leadership Institute, served as an educational evaluator for the Distance Education Accrediting Commission (DEAC, formerly DETC).

Director of Technology & International Partnerships

Jeffrey Peterson serves as Director of Technology & International Partnerships. A pioneering technology entrepreneur with extensive international experience, he has established a distinctive track record working across multiple jurisdictions throughout his career. He founded Quepasa Corp., launching it during the original dot-com era alongside breakthrough companies like Yahoo!, eBay, and PayPal. Quepasa became the first publicly-traded U.S. Hispanic-focused internet company and later grew to 40 million active users as the fastest-growing Hispanic online community, evolving in the year 2006 to become America's first publicly-traded social network (followed by Facebook in the year 2012). Under Peterson's leadership, Quepasa was established as the first major multi-racial, multi-ethnic, bilingual (English/Spanish) international internet brand in United States history. His early investments included stakes in influential start-up to Nasdaq-listed companies Exodus Communications and Limelight Networks, while his entrepreneurial vision expanded digital literacy across underserved communities. Peterson has served on boards of directors in policy advisory roles between the United States and international jurisdictions, including work with President Vicente Fox of Mexico and President Benigno Aquino III of the Philippines. In recent years, he has taken on roles in educational philanthropy through mentorship and scholarship programs for Nigerian youth.
